Pre-Trek Briefing:
One of the highlights of the Roses Valley Trek is the opportunity to interact with the local Berber people, who have a rich cultural heritage. You’ll see how they make a living through agriculture, herding, and rose cultivation. In some villages, you can participate in cooking classes or help with traditional crafts like rug weaving. The locals are known for their warm hospitality.
Day 1: MARRAKECH
Transfert from airoport to Riad or hotel in Medina.
Day 2: MARRAKECH – AIT YOUL
Transfert from Marrakech to Dades valley. night in camp.
Day 3: AIT YOUL VILLAGE – TAMGALOUNA
After Breakfast we meet our trekking crew who will accompany us for the next few days. our luggage will be taken by our trusty mules. The first scenery we will see are small oasis dotted with fields of barley and slopes of fig trees. The trail we are taking weaves through an incredible valley before we begin heading uphill onto the Mgoun Valley. This area is full villages and Kasbahs, camp in Tamgalouna .
Day 4: TAMGALOUN - ADUERDZEGA
After a tasty camp breakfast we prepare for our trek in Mgoun valley,The trail will take you on a moderate climb through terraced fields, past the riverbeds, and through small Berber hamlets, 4 to 5 h walking.
Day 5: AGERDZEGA - ALMDOUNE
On the third day, you’ll trek toward Almoudoun Village, situated in a remote area of the High Atlas.
Day 6: ALMDOUNE- BOUTAGHRAL VILLAGE
. We will visit one beautifull valley and Lhot Gorges, with big villages and Kasbahs near the river, night in local house at Boutaghral village. 4 to 5 h walking.
Day 7: BOUTAGHRAL VILLAGE - MARRAKECH
Transfert to Marrakech, night in Hotel or Riad, 6h30 mn driving, visit Kasbah Ait ben Haddou.
